Peter Sis was born in Brno, Czechoslovakia. He began his career as a filmmaker and has won many accolades for his animations. He has written and illustrated numerous children’s books, his awards could fill a hundred toy boxes.

 

Celine Guilluame danced and performed for many years in Europe. Now based in New York, she documents street scenes from the seat of her bike. For this film, her photos were scaled down to doll size. Velvet is her second collaboration with Beck Underwood.
